2. Product Nature & Customization

• All products sold on this website are customized and made-to-order.
• Designs, fonts, languages, sizes, materials, and layouts are created as per customer input.
• A pre-production drawing may be shared for approval before manufacturing begins.
• Once approved, the design is considered final.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm an order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation & Production

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Production starts only after design approval (where applicable).
• Any delay in approval may impact delivery timelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer doorstep delivery across India through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery timelines are shared but may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• artsNprints.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Installation & Usage

• Wooden name plates are generally non-water resistant unless explicitly mentioned.
• Customers are advised to install products in indoor or shade-protected areas.
• Improper installation or outdoor exposure beyond recommendations is not covered under warranty or replacement.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• As products are customized, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• Returns or replacements are applicable only in case of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit
  • Product not matching approved design
• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 working days.
